Updates to Existing Features
Update: Yearly Appropriateness Now Available
Beginning Friday, October 10th, users can enter Yearly Appropriateness information for members directly in FCM. Once submitted, this data will automatically transmit to MAPP.
The Caseload Overview page now also includes Appropriateness tracking, displaying each member’s Appropriateness Start Date (from FCM) and End Date (from MAPP) to help monitor when the Yearly Appropriateness is due.

FCM Data Extract Changes (FCM DSP Admins and HH Admins)
Two new data tables have been added to FCM Data Extracts to support Appropriateness tracking:
- appropriateness_assessments – Contains both Initial and Yearly Appropriateness data.
- appropriateness_assessment_occasions – Use the occasion_id column to distinguish between Initial and Yearly Appropriateness.
There are no short-term plans to remove the existing Appropriateness Criteria fields from the patient_segments table, so you may continue using them as needed.
