Sometimes Users find that their enrolled members may be missing their "A" Codes, the Exception Codes on their Medicaid that identify they are actively engaged with a Health Home and CMA.
FCM does not have the ability to re-instate these codes. If this has happened to one or more of your enrolled members, please reach out to the NYSDOH Health Home Policy Team who will be able to re-instate the A codes to the member's Medicaid.
