Users may experience Billing Blocks for months of service for a number of items. NYSDOH has provided a tool that can help a User determine when they can avoid billing blocks due to missing Initial Appropriateness and Plans of Care. This tool can also be used to confirm if existing billing blocks are appropriate based on the documents entered into a member's chart.
