Historical Member Documentation

When members are transferred to another agency, the accepting agency may access historical documentation of a member, such as:

  • Documents
  • Encounters
  • Plan of Care
  • Some Assessments

To access this information, the User must first ensure that the member is no longer in an active enrollment period with the previous CMA. If the member is transferred to the accepting CMA as of 2/1/2024, and the previous CMA has an ended segment of 1/31/2024, the accepting CMA will only be able to view the historical documentation as of their segment start date 2/1/2024.

 

The CMA should also ensure they navigate to the specific tab and choose "Other Agencies" on the top chart selector drop down to view:
