Foothold Care Management sends segment information up to MAPP every other business day. If the segment has successfully synced, the member's segment Reporting Status will have a green Reported button next to it.
Clicking on it will confirm that a matching segment exists in MAPP:
Once a member is successfully enrolled in MAPP, billing support questionnaires will be generated for the member for each month they are enrolled.
If a segment has not been accepted in MAPP, the Reporting Status will show a blue Not yet reported button next to the segment.

Note, that FCM attempts to sync any unreported segments to MAPP each HH sync (3x a week per HH) for 30 days. If the error does not resolve after 30 days, our system moves to sync attempts at each full sync, which happens once a month per Health Home. To avoid these delayed attempts to sync to MAPP, please ensure that segment errors are addressed right away.
