Spelling is an important part of proper documentation and FCM often gets asked if we could have a built in spell-checker. Most browsers do have a spell-check option, which will be able to review the spelling of a User's encounter note.
Each browser's settings may differ, but for the most common, please see below on how to activate your browser's spell-check if using Google Chrome:
(Settings-->Languages--> Spell Check).
Basic Spell Check should be sufficient for documenting in FCM's site. See the example below of the spell-check identifying the misspelled words when typing an encounter note in FCM:
