First time Users to FCM should be set up by an Admin at their agency prior to logging in. If you are a CMA user, your DSP Admin will initiate the set up. If you are a HH user, your HH Admin will initiate the set up.
Important: First time users will be prompted to set up their Multi Factor Authentication method. This is important and necessary to get into the FCM system each day. To learn more about this, please click on this article.
